TERMS OF SALE

These terms govern every purchase from Virago Interiors ("Virago," "we"). Placing an order or commissioning work constitutes acceptance.

ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may decline or cancel any order prior to shipment with full refund. Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclusive of applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout or invoiced. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; where an error affects a placed order, you may accept the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

COLLECTION PIECES

Pieces from the house collection are sold as described on their product pages. Display and atelier pieces are sold by inquiry only, in the condition described at the time of sale.

COMMISSIONED & BESPOKE WORK

Design services and bespoke pieces are governed by an individual proposal and agreement, which controls where it differs from these terms. Deposits on commissioned work are non-refundable once production begins.

TITLE & RISK

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery.

WARRANTY

We stand behind our craft. Each piece is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from delivery. This warranty excludes ordinary wear, misuse, and modification. Remedy is repair, replacement, or refund at our election. To the maximum extent permitted by law, all other warranties are disclaimed, and our liability is limited to the price paid for the piece.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Exclusive venue lies in the state and federal courts of Harris County, Texas.
