OUR LEGACY

Virago takes its name from the Latin — vir, virtus — strength, valor, excellence. A name chosen as a standard, not a description. The house was founded on a deliberate paradox: that true luxury is both commanding and refined, and that a space can hold both at once.

We practice emotional architecture. Not decorating — the deliberate construction of how a room makes you feel the moment you enter it, and every time after. A residence that knows who lives there. A commercial space that tells a client exactly who you are before a word is exchanged. Objects — lighting, furniture, the things a room is remembered by — designed with the same intent and made to keep it.

Three practices, one standard. Residential design. Commercial design. A house collection of furnishings. Each held to the same measure: excellence without compromise, elegance without expiration, and work that outlasts its opening.

What we build is meant to be lived in for a long time — and remembered longer. That is the legacy in the name.

Bold in presence. Elegant in execution. Designed to leave a legacy.
