COLLECTION PIECES

Stocked pieces from Virago Classics and The Virago Collection may be returned within 30 days of delivery: unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. There is no restocking fee. Refunds issue to the original form of payment within 10 business days of our receipt and inspection of the return.

FINAL SALE

Bespoke, custom, made-to-order, and atelier display pieces are final sale.

DAMAGE & DEFECTS

Pieces that arrive damaged or defective are our responsibility. Report within 5 days of delivery with photographs and we will repair, replace, or refund at no cost to you.

DESIGN SERVICES

Fees for design services are governed by your proposal and agreement.
